Processing & Shipping
Company’s Statement on Processing and Shipping:
Please be aware that processing for all orders takes up to 14 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. During the processing period, you will not receive any updated information. However, once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipping will take an additional 3 to 5 business days. Please note that once your order leaves our establishment, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. It is crucial that you enter all your information correctly, including your shipping address. We are not responsible for any errors in the shipping address provided. If packages are returned to us due to incorrect addresses, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipment fee to have your package resent.
